There is no registration fee for the meeting. The total costs including all lunches, dinners, accommodation and transportation to/within the Abbey for the whole duration of the meeting, Sunday night to Friday afternoon, will be around 950 EUR for a single room and 750 EUR per person for a double room. Payments will be handled directly by the Abbey (a pre-payment of a fraction of the total costs will be required in advance about a month before the meeting, the rest can be payed at the location). The social activities on Wednesday afternoon, including Wednesday dinner will have a separate cost.
